They ruined my life and my face. Microblading nightmare similar to a plastic surgery nightmare. I could go on and on. They didn’t offer me a refund; they gave me black eyebrows when I needed light brown she also fuk’d up the shape. Went way deeper with the blades than recommended and after almost 3 years, it’s still bad but now it’s a horrible dark gray! I haven’t gone out in 2.5 years because I look hideous and no make up specialist can manage to fix or hide it. They are terrible! Shame on you Toi! Had that been my company, I’d have not only refunded the customer but I’d give her a year of free services in hopes on not getting a bad review. This is the worst thing that could have ever happened to me and it has messed me up physically and mentally!

I love Toi Spa , I will never go to another! They have the best customer service and the nail tech ROSIE IS the best !
