When I approached. The service desk today the young lady behi d the counter did not look at me, address me in any way or say hello. No smile or anything. I asked if I had done something to her. She ignored me. I asked if she heard me she said she had but continued to ignore me. I asked. If she had a manager she pointed to the women next to her. I told her about this young lady's attitude and it took her almost 2 minutes to say I'm sorry you experienced that behavior. At the end of the transaction I said to the young lady good buy and have a nice day and of course she ignored me. I will never ever return to Ross in Davie again.
