Provided by YP.comI ordered a bowl of pho, cup of Cocoa and cup of ice coffee. I didn't receive no coffee but was charged resolved that issue. the spoon were dirty I asked for another one it was still dirty. the people that work there don't care about sanitation. I like Pho but this is no exception
