Many of these years were spent in various leadership positions, providing Jeff with a complete understanding of what it takes to make a property look its best. He also understands the demand on property managers and associations in terms of budget constraints, documentation and reporting. In 2003, Jeff purchased Modern Image Landscape & Design, an established landscape contracting company specializing in commercial properties, apartment complexes, condominiums and managed residential communities. Modern Image blends superb horticultural skills with a property manager's mentality.
