GREAT PLACE!!
I really dont understand the bad reviews, because we had great service and the food was really good.
I love all the TVs you can see everything.
Ps our waitress was a young Hottie!

Over price for below average food. The only thing worse than the food was the service. You won't see me here again.

the food is not worth the price at all. the waitresses are rude and not helpful when it comes to asking for a refill or condiments.. I should have to ask for condiments. they should already be on the table. the manager is not friendly and rushed us out of the restuarant because we were drinking and watching the game when there was no business going on in the first place. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant and to be clear I am 18 years old and got served a bucket of beers and shots. the managing is horrible.

Our first and only visit to Hoops was so disappointing, The wait staff very untrained, rude and no knowledge of menu items. After ordering our food , it took over half an hour to finally arrive. The food is not worth the price. Also I had to get my own condiments. Will not return and suggest to all my friends to stay away.

Dishes are dirty...found hair in my nachos dip...service is slow as hell...management is rude...the place sucks..I over heard the servers talking about how dishwasher dont wash dishes with soap because owners wont buy none

The $4.50 1/2 price wings do not come with fries and veggie sticks as the server said they were included. They arrived w/o fries and veggie sticks and when I asked she checked with some one and they told her it is not included, only on regular menu. Hamburger was awful, it was a gray color. Service is very slow. Servers are not trained. Manager never even talked to us. You have to ask for everything...napkins, S&P, ketchup etc.

My wife and I just got back from lunch. She had the half-priced wings which were ten for $4.50 and I had the cheese pizza with two toppings for $6.95. Both were very tasty and we will go back. The barmaid was cute and very friendly and there are TVs everywhere. I tole her about the reviews and she was aware and admitted that the first week or so was bad.

We ordered three different drinks off of the drink menu, and they didn't have any of the liquor! They should have either gone to the liquor store and bought some before opening, or take them off the menu! Only 2 salad dressings to choose from! Chicken was very dry. Was very disappointed!

Waited 30 minutes for a raw burger then waited another 10 minutes for them to get it right, but never gor my fries.Manager was a jerk, naver came back to my table and check.If everything was ok.no salt and pepper on the table, waitress tried but was incredibly inexperienced. Burger was good.never offered to at least comp dessert

Nice looking place uglyest waitresses and bartenders I've ever seen.the wait for the food was sooo long jesus christ good luck so disapointed.
