My experience with Gulf Atlantic Funding was extremely positive. My loan professionals name was Cheryl Williams and she was absolutely amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I really feel like she had my back throughout the entire process. I must admit I was nervous and it was great having someone I could trust. She has a meticulous eye for detail and needless to say my loan closed early without a problem. I would highly recommend using Ms. Williams for your next loan, I know I will. Mark B.

Mark Somers (Senior Mortgage Loan Originator) lured us in with his caring personality, smiles, laughs and by saying that he would “treat us as his own” – claiming he would never misinform, misguide or misadvise us. Once an offer was made and accepted, all those promises went out the window. Should you have any questions or concerns, they are no where to be found. They have no problem reaching out to us with bad news regarding a delay. Our closing was delayed multiple times and ended up costing us thousands of dollars. Issues that should’ve been addressed in the beginning of the pre-application process were being brought up weeks after our initial closing date. Steve Egan literally got on the phone and sent me to hell. He said “I could care less when you close, regardless I am going to get paid”. Please, save yourself the aggravation.
