Called Airmatic way late in the day, because they were recommended by a friend.

Laura was friendly, got the info they needed over the phone pertaining to the a/c brand and model number, and my problem with the A/C. She took my word that it was the variable speed motor and modem that had gone bad. They not only located the parts needed within minutes, but taking my word that it was the problem, bought a new motor/modem and brought it with them the following morning... was actually EARLY for the appt [ that, in itself, is an eyeopener, how many times have we all sat and waited and waited for a tech to show up?].

Rashad [sic] was at my home first thing the next morning. Did a fast, professional, great, clean job. He even took time to check out my entire system to see if there might be any other probs in the near future and gave me maintenence tips so i could keep my a/c working as near problem free as possible.

And heres the best part. Not only did the price i paid when the job was finished come in less than the estimate they quoted over the phone, Airmatic was also over $400 less than the 'blue crew' quote for the same motor.parts and installation. If ever I have any HVAC probs again. Am calling them FIRST.
