I purchased a makeup product (along with many other items) and mistakenly lost the receipt. I got the item home and tried it out to find it wasn't the right color match. Upon trying to return it for a store credit was told the store policy doesn't return or exchange items without a receipt. I don't know many stores with this policy and am unhappy to be stuck with something unusable to me. This is a very poor customer service policy. I will not return to this store.
