I received an offer in the mail from Scott's for a "free lawn analysis". I sent the card in expecting to have someone analyze my lawn and design a program for it. Instead, I received a phone call that said an analysis wasn't necessary and simply wanted to schedule my applications. I was disappointed with that but still wanted to give Scott's a chance just because of the name. After agreeing to a price and ensuring they knew what "guaranteed results" meant, the Scott's representative "ended the conversation" because he didn't want to be held accountable for results. They lost a potential customer in me and any possible recommendations. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them no stars.
