The service was suprisingly simple everything was explained out to me and I honestly walked out of there feeling like I had just talked to a friend, more so than an insurance agent. It was the opposite of what I had always dealt with, bad insurance agents, really bad customer service, all the normal stuff that comes with a big insurance firm.
