Provided by YP.comI used to think that Best buy stank, if you had to contact them about an issue by phone, they would put you on hold forever, and maybe even hang up. I think the store in Davenport, IA is under new management, because they done a complete 360, as far as customer service. they are friendly and helpful, they have a reward zone card, that registers your purchase, and earns points. I bought a Samsung Galaxy tab 2.I have just started having battery problems,so I called Best buy and they are willing to exchange for a new tablet, even though I have no idea where my receipt is (the garbage is my guess)I have had very positive experiences with the store for the last year or so, and at this time, I will not buy electronics anywhere else.truly love that store!

Provided by YP.comI have to agree with the previous reviewer about in-store customer service. It has been our experience also to walk around aimlessly because we cannot get any assistance.
Today we bought a television, which was quite pricey. For $70.00 they would deliver the television. We opted to go home and get our truck and pick it up ourselves. We bought the 4 yr service pack for an additional $160.00.
When we got home we were unable to connect our surround sound, dvd, and cable. My husband called the store and was still unable to hook everything up and get the TV to work. The store told him to call the geek squad for assistance.
My husband sat on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The could only help if we would pay another 160.00 today and they would come to the house in 3 days.
I called Best Buy back to talk to them and waited on the phone for an additional 20 minutes before anyone answered. I asked to speak to a manager and have now waited an additional 10 minutes for that.
My question will be if I paid the additional $70.00 for delivery would the delivery guy hook the television up? If he says yes the TV is going back in the box and back to the store and to be delivered for $70.00 and hooked up. If he says no the TV is going back in the box and back to the store and I will go else where.
By the way, 16 minutes and I am still on hold for a manager.
This has been a nightmare.

Provided by YP.comI like all the products they carry and the prices are reasonable...BUT, finding an employee to assist you is a very annoying task ! Apparently when customers look like they need help with something and make eye contact with an employee, that is the employee's que to start talking to another employee or wander off. This has happened to me at least 4 times while shopping for gifts at this location. Other Best Buys have been great to me but NOT the Elmore Ave location.
