I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The girl who was working there about 4:50pm today was the rudest most unprofessional customer service girl I have ever encountered. When a customer is trying to set up service with you one would think they would do everything in their power to be extra nice and go the extra mile for you and not continuously roll eyes and huff and puff...it seemed like this girl was annoyed at the fact I had to interrupt her from her phone. Because out of this girls customer service skills I walked out and set up service with LA Tan

Very unhappy customer

Very disatisfied-was told to cancel 30 days in advance. I cancelled on July 1st I payed for July. Low and behold I get $43.98 taken out of my account on August 5th. I call and was told "yeah you cancelled on July 1st and then you get thirty days before it takes effect". I payed for thirty days in July and now again in August isnt that more like 60 days until the payments will stop. WOW never again. Watch out.
