First and foremost I would like to say your location lost my business due to the fact of employee chaos witnessed in your facility today. To my shocking surprise I witnessed a yelling match involving two women in reference to an order or something in that manner,i blatantly heard an elderly lady just dog cuss the living hell out of the younger lady. I was forced to leave at this point as this was VERY inappropriate and unprofessional for a business of this scale,I will NEVER and I mean NEVER step foot into Ford Lumber again! I will also suggest others to shop elsewhere for their needs,we are major contractors and we are continuously in need of hard to find and specialty material. Good luck and I really hope that this cussing lady brings in the business you deserve,yours truly a DSLD homes contractor.
