If you're thinking of having any work done, pool, or liner installed, look elsewhere. they charged us twice what they quoted for liner installation. this pool place blamed it on their sub contractors and didn't want to take responsibility. the installers played around for weeks with scheduling and would forget who we were each time we called. the liner was installed with a ridiculous amount of wrinkles an amateur could have done a better job. the one side is tight and the other side is so loose the liner keeps coming off the lip of the track and sagging into the pool. when I complained to this pool place, they didn t want to take responsibility and said we d have to take up the problem with the installers. I would NOT recommend this place at all. the contractor didn't do anything to resolve our problem either and threatened to come back and damage our pool when we didn't want to pay the overcharge! CRAZY ! we should have reported him to the police. seriously avoid this place.
