Short wait. Nice person. The only thing that was a problem is that my stylist was a smoker and she didn't wash her hands and I could smell the smoke in her hands and it was making me uncomfortable. My hair smells like smoke. I suggest wash your hands. Otherwise, good cut and price.

I took both of my boys who are older, not kids, but anyway they went in with long hair that really needed to be cut bad, first the lady that checked us in was rude to the point of acting like she would have rather been somewhere else than where she was at, so we sat down and waited, I got distracted by a sell down at Hallmark, I came back 20 minutes later and both were just about done, it was the worst haircut ever on both not one or the other but both were atrocious, the cuts were uneven and my youngest has real thick hair and it looked like someone left these deep chunks cut out and other spots that did not look like it had been touched, I just told my boys it looked good because of tender egos,I paid and because I did not mention my coupon before the cashier rang me up I would have to wait to use it next time instead of just voiding out the sale and redoing the transaction, my honest opinion is I do not know how they stay open, they were a very unprofessional place of business, do you or your family member a favor and go to a local salon or barber shop, for your own sake. Was I happy? No and that's ok I have been to other places that have given bad cuts but I have never been to a place of business that everything and everyone was so unprofessional, and that is my personal opinion.

I would not take my dog to this "salon" to get groomed. I would give it negative stars if I could. I went in asking for a wash and a cut. My hair's original hair length was about two inches below my shoulder blades. The new cut was right at the tip of my shoulder blades. They (Christina) charged me $25 for a "long style" $13 for a cut and $5 for the wash. I presented a picture of an easy straight cut that I wanted. Christina cut my hair and then curled it under because "that was how that hairstyle is fixed". I also left a $10 tip as a conventual gratuity thinking salons never get the style looking just right and you have to fix it the way you want at home. I went home and the next day when I washed my hair and dried it, it was "shredded all to pieces" (being very nice in my wording) so bad I cried! My 6 year old niece could have done a better cut blind folded! DO NOT go to this "salon" unless you want to be robbed and have the absolute WORST cut. If you decide to go anyways make sure you cut some length off your hair by yourself first to avoid a $25 "long style" fee. Also be prepared for the worst butchered hair you could ever imagine possible!
