I cannot say enough good things about Sterling Auto Body. On August 19, 2011, I experienced my first automobile accident. Without having any knowledge of collision repair shops, I relied on friends and family to point me in the right direction. Sterling Auto Body was a name that I heard over and over from people who called or stopped by the house to check on me the weekend following the accident. On Monday morning I contacted Bill Clippinger, owner of Sterling Auto Body. Bill first question to me was," Are you alright?" Bill was very professional, he asked me to tell him how the accident happened....the whole time taking notes, which would help him to know what things to look for when my car arrived at Sterling. Within one hour, a tow truck arrived at my home and picked up the car. Sterling Auto Body completely dealt with all the insurance company details, which was a relief to me because, I was dealing with all the aches and pains and doctors’ appointments.
