THERE ARE SO MANY COMPETITORS - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.....I purchased a groupon for 6 sessions of Laser Hair Removal - one for bikini and one for legs (6 sessions for each area). When I arrived to redeem, the receptionist (they have gone through at least 3 since my first visit) redeemed both vouchers, but when the owner came in to start the hair removal she began to "rip me a new one" about how she has to run her business, she can NOT do the hair removal on the legs and that I would have to pay the difference for the regular price. She did one area (bikini) and told me to "think about it"....when I returned for my next session, she told me only one voucher was redeemed, she could not honor the second voucher, and gave me a "discount price" if I still wanted the laser for my legs, and again berated ME - THE CUSTOMER - for how terrible her experience with Groupon has been, and how I would "have to understand" she simply can not do the laser unless I paid more money. FINE. I paid the difference and began the sessions for BOTH areas on the 4th visit of the bikini (1 of 6 for legs). Here is a brief illustration of how completely disorganized, unprofessional, offensive, and combative this clinic is:

- EVERY SINGLE SESSION FOR THE LEGS WAS CONTESTED. They could not keep track of their own notes and they "required me" to show proof on my end from Groupon (they told me they deal directly with a rep that could not give them my voucher #??) which they redeemed both before continuing service - AND I PAID A SUPPLIMENT FOR!?! This was time-consuming, not to mention frustrating for me

- Every appointment was late

- Every receptionist was aloof, condescending and/or rude

- Every session was rushed

- Every appointment was combative (did I still have sessions? Did I pay for my sessions? etc)



I had to provide proof of purchase on more than one occasion and I really, reeeeally just wanted to get what I paid for. I thought about just cutting my losses, but convinced myself that I would rather hold them accountable, than be bullied.

So, my final session is done, I will NEVER return, and wanted to be sure to get the word out on every source I could to warn people of how horrible, unprofessional, inexcusable this business conduct has been. (note: on THIS website, they have reviews from their own staff saying how "great" they are - LOL)

Love this place, great environment, friendly professional staff, and the laser worked great after just one treatment I was impressed and I would recommend them to anyone!
