Whatever you do DO NOT bring your car to this fly by night car wash I went through there today with my BRAND NEW 2016 Nissan Sentra and when I got home to wipe off the excess water I noticed several long new scratches on the hood. They weren't there before I went to this place. I was told to go to the office and speak with the manager Dean. Here comes this big moron of a looking guy. I explained to him what happened and showed him the scratches. Right off the bat he denied that his equipment caused them. He told me there was nothing he could do, that they were there before. If you have a nice car and care about it then I WOULD NOT BRING IT TO THEM.

Scratched my truck! Refused to acknowledge that it just might have been their fault. One of the managers told me that I must have driven into a snowbank. Their customer-service is deplorable. The management was completely defensive from the minute that I mentioned a scratch on my vehicle. This must happen a lot.

2/27 - way too much wash being used. My car was still full of suds when I got home. Now there is a film all over and the detergent dried. Won't visit here again.
