Incredibly knowledgeable staff. Walked in just looking around, and left wit ha bearded dragon. Gave me all the information i needed to make an informed purchase and have a proper set-up and care for my new beardie. I love Draco, thanks guys!

Asked about looking at rats, snapped at us not to open the cage and let them out, even though we explained we weren’t attempting to do so and thought perhaps she would be the one to handle that, and continued to snap at us to go open the cage ourselves and pet them but not to let them loose. Wasn’t a good experience and was really disheartening because we had been looking forward to adopting a couple.

Pat is fantastic with the animals. Very kind to my stressed out dog that hates to be groomed. I wish we could post before and after pictures for you to see! Thanks for a great experience Pat.
