I called them about the guest bathroom toilet making noise when not in use and a replacement of a new faucet for my kitchen. They came out within 24-48 hours and were on time. The other company's told me if it was not emergency that would take 3-5 days. Very happy with the new owner and his attention to detail. Will continue to recommend to friends and clients !

My wife and I have used them for years. They fixed a leak under our kitchen sink last year and were back a week later. A couple months later they were back to repair a loose faucet. A couple times in the past 2 months I have had to tighten it myself and now it is loose again. They refused to fix it without charging me $85.00 for a service call when it was to repair the inferior product that they installed. The sink was repaired twice by them and twice by me in 13 months. The plumber that completed the work was hard working and willing to do his best to install and repair items in the sink, but the management refused to back an inferior product that they charged us over $500.00 (parts and labor) for.
