This place is an average mattress store. Limited selection and somewhat helpful salesmen. We needed to buy a replacement mattress to get us through the next year or so due to chronic back problems. There mattresses under 500 dollars were terrible and they didn't even like us trying them out (they were standing on a special rack, not on display). The initial salesmen was not very knowledgeable, I couldn't trust what he said. So they sent the veteran who explained everything but also threw a bunch of nonsense at us, trying to talk as if he was an expert in the medical field (I am a graduate student in biology so I could sense his lack of expertise in the area). He gave his pitch and I asked him to give us some time to discuss because we were looking at a mattress out of our price range. He then interrupted our discussion three times and he even got another higher up to interrupt us. Very rude. If I didn't have such terrible back pain and hated shopping, I would have left based on that. We went with the mattress, ignored his attempts to "upgrade" the one we were getting and checked out. Prior to the transaction completing he asked us to purchase a mattress cover for 120 dollars. We said no. He then went down to 85, we still said no. At the last minute he dropped it down to 65. We agreed since accidents of all sorts happen. They sell online for around 63 so don't buy them above 65! The place must be overpriced. Anyways, this was an ok place better there is better out there. By the way, we got a temperpedic and my back problems have gone away little by little everyday!
