Well, if I tell you I hate the dentist then that would be an understatement. Bad experiences all my life... But I was pushed into going to the dentist and dealing with my problems. I called and had a very nice conversation with Michele and she made me feel like I would be fine... "just come in and meet us and see what we can do for you"... and I did (just go in and meet them)I was greeted, assisted with some paperwork questions, provided a cup of coffee and then given a tour around the office. (that was nice) Once I was called for my appointment, I was introduced to everyone that I passed in the hall and was assured that I had chosen the right place for my care.They took huge pictures of my teeth with a digital camera, put the. on a screen in front of me and just talked.. ( didn't cost me a dime and I felt as though I needed to pay them something for all the time they invested in me that day... but not a penny) So I knew I had a lot of issues but even so they have me a lot of choices.... Both Dr Johnson and Dr Chaney would be assisting in my future care and working together to make sure I get my teeth fixed... so far I give everyone at Elite Dental an A++
