I hired Savatree to cut down 1 tree and remove all wood on 4/18/16. They came and cut down the tree but then stacked the wood in the front yard as well as the neighbors front yard (neighbor then freaked out) . I called them to let them know and was told they will pick it up on a certain day then never showed then I called again and etc until some of the wood was pickup up. Then I called again and again only to get planned dates then excuses and surprised responses about crews not showing up. I have called the main office to also tell them about the work not being completed and also they have been sending me bills that the job is completed (which its not) . I am completely frustrated with the poor communication and service from this company. I received lower quotes from other competitors and decided to pay more for a major named company expecting good service. I did not plan on having a cut up tree litter the front yard for 4 months and having to chase the company to complete the job.
