Very disappointed. Told them I just wanted the oil change and they tried to tell me the transmission fluid needed to be changed - it had just been done about 10,000 miles ago and shouldn't be done very often. Claimed they would report it to Car Max. That's when I left!

They offer a $20 oil change which is a nice promotion. However, they will always find thingz wrong with your engine to try and get you to pay to fix the problems. When I went in recently I was told that I desperately needed a new serpentine belt. I had a friend who knows quite a bit about cars check my belt and he said it was practically brand new. My stepfather was told he needed a transmittion service after he had recently gotten one. If you take advantage of the cheap oil changes they will find something "wrong" with your car. Take what they tell you with a grain of salt. Have someone you know who knows about cars look into the issue and do not pay them for anything but the oil change and a car wash if you want one. They will often blatantly lie to you.
