worst service ever!! late papers no paper!! What the f**k, I call customer service they tell me they will get the paper out to me but it never arrives I have to call back to get a credit, not to mention missing fliers in Sundays paper which actually comes on Saturday, also they over charge for the paper $99.32 for 13 weeks, the republican American is $62 for 13 weeks, this is corporate greed when Hearst bought the paper it went to hell and the price nearly doubled, as I lived in Thomaston for 10 years I subscribed to the republican American Not Only Is The republican American so much more affordable the customer service was great, the republican American was always on time with no missing anything. The News Times was so much better as a smaller business with reasonable prices and always great service, now they totally suck!!!!!

This paper sucks! You cannot even give them money to place ads . You have to go online to place and ad , What kind of service is this? Customer service is rude and nasty and just does'nt care. Easy to see why papers are failing.Zero stars

The News-Times is not the paper it used to be. Spotty deliveries, misquotes on service, misinformed and rude customer service reps and supervisors are why I am cancelling after subscribing to the paper for more years than I can remember..

Don't bother trying to become a new customer and order a paper! I was receiving the paper on the weekend then I decided to get the paper days a week which was a BIG MISTAKE! Unforuntately, I guess the News-Times or the Carrier decided that I shouldn't and therefore didn't bother to deliver the paper! When I contacted the circulation department all they did was to credit me even though I said I wanted the paper. In-fact, this morning the representative was so "Rude" that I felt she did not belong working in the customer service department. They got paid in advance and you still don't get the paper! I have decided to cancel my paper. It is not worth it!
