BEWARE. I scheduled appointment with Dave, new owner of the company, to come to my house to give me an estimate of the cost of refinishing the floors of the guest room. There was confusion about the appointment time as several times were discussed. I thought the appointment was Sept 7th and wrote that date in my book. Dave had August 31st in his book. I don't know on which end error occurred. Dave arrived at the house, I was not home. I received an angry toned message from him, which I can understand. I called him back to discuss the mix up with him. He was very rude to me. I was asking him for the number to call to reschedule and he hung up on me! I called his office and the manager said Dave told him that he would NOT do my floors and not to allow me to reschedule. I asked for Dave's last name and he refused to give it to me. I would not hire him if you paid me. I have never had an issue with anyone who has worked on my house. Don't hire him.
