Horrible horrible horrible !!!! worst experience of customer service and resolution that could have been solved. READ BELOW!!!!!! Do not purchase any type of glass from this business. Already complained to the better business Bureau!

CHEAP GLASS!!!! The worst quality!!!!!


I contacted the business to replace a cracked windshield. The business replaced it at my fiancés home on January 19, 2017. A few days later a small crack appeared on the left hand corner of the windshield. I contacted them and requested for the problem be fix considering where the new crack on the brand new windshield was coming from. To include the fact that on their website states that they have a 100% lifetime warranty. The receptionist informed me that she would inform the manager who at the time wasn't available and that someone would get back to me about it. I never received a call back. The following day My fiancé attempted to contact the manager and he was not available again. After a few more attempts to resolve the problem with the business and no response or forms of communication from the manager. I visited another Auto Glass Shop in hopes of an easy fix. An employee from the new shop informed me that the entire windshield would have to be replace and that I should return to the original shop for it to be replace since the crack could possibly be from the installment. The second shop also informed me that the glass was one of the cheapest qualities of glass and could've been easily damaged when it was placed. My fiancé and I came to the conclusion that we would try to follow up at the office and speak to the manager there. On March 3rd, 2017 my fiancé and I arrived at the address on the website that was also verified by the receptionist Rosario or Stephanie. The location was the home of the manager who was also the individual who installed the windshield. The manager was extremely rude stating that we should not have come to his home and that he will not do anything to help the situation. He laughed in our faces and cursed us off.

On Time, fast and professional. Had my 2006 Scion TC windshield replace. Awesome job by the Tech. Windshield was perfect. Everyone who needs a glass fix or replacement really good you need to call JV Auto Glass first. Nice job guys.
