I have been waiting for a year now for my tv to be fixed no bs .Howard is a liar. He told me he has the new motherboard in and has to test it,,,HAHAHA. His last visit was gut my tv and promise me it would be fixed..Now I cant have it fixed .He charged me 60 dollars to do this . He is a moron. If I was you stay away from these a holes

No stars or negative stars aren't aloud which is why I had to rate this place as high as I did. How this place is a business is beyond me. Howard " the brains of this operation" is a toothless hillbilly who has no idea how to even use their store computer let alone fix anything your bringing in there. Real charming establishment, littered with torn apart tv's, car stereo's and vcr's. And if that doesn't have you seeing red flags maybe the constant cigarette smoke or the gem of a secretary who is so intoxicated he can't speak.(on what substance I will never know) The owner is a fast talking crackhead who should be quarentined. Don't be an idiot , I was and I got my item back with a fight and missing the essential parts missing. Best thing I can do is spread the word. Stay away!!! You are welcome

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I was able to schedule an appointment for in-house service for my projection TV within a day. I was especially impressed with the level of expertise that Howard has, as well as his honesty. A previous company had wanted to lug my monster TV out of my home and charge me over 500.00, however Howard was able to fix my TV within a matter of minutes right where it stands(for a very reasonable fee). I am so pleased with the service I received from Joe's TV ! Thank you Howard.

At the beggining of the Month of October 2007 I took my stereo to this place to be fix. Little did I know that I will never see my stereo again. The first time I got an update its because I call them, a young female said to me that they know what's wrong with my stereo and they will fix it, I said I need to know how much would it cost, the answer was maybe $10 or $20 dollars. I request that the person in charge call me, he never did. I went there in person to talk to Howard the person in charge only to find out they could not find my stereo anywhere in the store. Then the next Day Howard say to me the disable guy that works for him got robbed without knowing. I went to the police station file a report against Howard. What I got for a substitute was a non working unit. Bottom line is do not make the same mistake I did as of Today I still dot not have a stereo to listen to music at all. I also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. All togheter there where over six different kind of lies.
