I am aware that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I would just like to come Greentree's defense & say that once a company (Greentree) credits a customer's card, it comes out of that company's bank account the same day & is shown as a credit on the batch total the following day. It is the customer's credit card company that decides when the customer receives the money for the credit.. So in a sense it is, in fact, out of their hands..

I went to Greentree looking for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4 Access Cab w/manual transmission after seeing online that one was in stock. Upon mentioning the vehicle I saw online, I was told that it was not in stock and that the website was not updated--in this day and age, there is no excuse for this. I was sent to James Uzzo, who claimed he could find the truck for me. I left a $1000 deposit and signed a contract to get the ball rolling. It took them a week finally to concede that they couldn't find the vehicle. Personally, I don't think they tried at all b/c with 20 minutes of online searching, I located one in Wallingford, CT. I went to Greentree for a refund last Fri. 9/13 and watched as they processed the credit card. However, as of today, Wed. 9/18, my credit card company shows no pending refund, and, yesterday, when I inquired as to why it was taking so long, Greentree replied that it was out of their hands. How's that for customer service.

These people are the absolute WORST. Do not attempt to buy a vehicle from them. Go to Wallingford Toyota and you will be treated like royalty.
