I purchased a house with about 80 feet of vinyl fencing installed by Exterior Design Landscaping LLC. The fence posts were installed without cement allowing them to move up and sidewise. The fence is leaning over and the pickets in the fence pop off the frame when you bush against them with the lawnmower. The metal fasteners just tear the vinyl so the picket cannot be reinstalled with the same fastener. I have been gluing the pickets back onto frame. Commencing on July 15, 2010 I made a series of phone calls to Peter Amaral, the proprietor, asking him for assistance in improving the condition of the fence he installed. He remembered the prior owner and he promised to come over and advise me. After three no shows it is obvious he is just not dealing in good faith. I have a fence that needs extensive work. It was a rip off for $7000. I may have engaged him to refurbish the fence but it is apparent that Exterior Design Landscaping LLC cannot be trusted to give good service and quality workmanship.
