THE SALES DEPARTMENT INVOLVING DAVE SALES MANAGER AND HEATHER RAMOS, WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME TO EVEN INQUIRE ON COLONIAL MAZDA AND THEIR VEHICLE ,NEVER AGAIN WILL I LOOK TO CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WITH POOR MANAGEMENT AND STAFF NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.

Very easy to work with and excellent job. I leave the car on Sunday night and can pick it up on Saturday from the sales dept. Everyone was efficient and helpful.

Very good service all around, told you what might need fixing and gave you a price quote. Stress free environment took care of your needs.

Car serviced promptly and as requested, with no apparent issues to date. Work was completed timely and at reasonable cost.

Same great service. This time the service department was more true to the time frame it would take to do the work. I've often waited over an hour longer than was told to me. This time it was right on time. The waiting area has been cleaned up some but could use a bit more TLC. Nice new coffee/tea machine. My biggest complaint is that whoever drove my car outside after the 30,000 mile tune-up was so tall that I couldn't push the clutch in to start the car. I think they should try to set the seat back at least close to where it was. And at the price of this particular tune-up it might be a nice little treat to vacuum the car or something like that. But as I say the people are very friendly and professional and I drive my car an extra hour each way to have my car done at Colonial, that's how much I like and trust them.
