I visited this office on more than one occasion and can honestly say I was treated with such unprofessionalism. This group has a lot to learn about patient service, they treat patients like cattle pushing them through the appointment and procedures. One appointment while I was being examined the Dr. and nurse had a conversation complaining about another patient and their not paying their invoice while he was doing my exam. Dr. Monroe was in a hurry, I heard him tell someone he "an event" to get to and did not wait for the numbing to take place in my nose before he began scoping. When I complained about the pain, he said, "well I am in a hurry and can't wait for this to take effect" - I left and never returned.
