I’m so amazed since we start to keep our valuables stuffs in SPS. So clean, safe, organized, everything was there already things about need for storage. Adequate & comfortable parking. About the managers they are so polite, respectful, accommodating with full support assist to the customers. We’ve been 14 yrs already with them & no problem happened so far. Very satisfied & recommendable. 👍🏻👋🌟🎆🌟👍🏻

Had the fastest and easiest customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ines was super friendly and accommodating. For the facility itself, was very clean and appeared safe.

Far from the seedy image I had in mind before coming here. The staff is professional and nice, and the facility is clean and secure and even has an amazing view from the parking lot.

I have been a customer of this site for more than 10 years (off and on). Still the same great customer service from site manager (John).

and courteous to me and my Honeyboo!
I wouldn’t trust any other storage but this one because of how John keeps up with the cleanliness and how organized the system is!
Every time I go there to pay a bill or visit my storage..John and his team are very polite and helpful! to me! I’d like to let the owner of this establishment know how John truly love his job and you can see he cares enough to not only keep up with everything in this place but makes this happy customer still doing business with his facility! I've utilized Security Public storage a couple of different times and have been very pleased. It's convenient and I've never had any problems with the facility or logistics and admin. The staff has been friendly and efficient!

I have been renting my unit for at least two years and they are very clean and safe and manger John is great and his time as well they treat you like family.

I currently rent 3 storages from this facility and do so because of the cleanliness of the facility, excellent staff, and security. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff John and Ines, who are great. Also, it’s such a benefit to have multiple flat dollies providef by the facility to help transport items to my storages upon arrival. Great place!

I love this particular Security Storage place because I trust my personal belongings being in there! It’s very organized..clean and most of all the Manager in charge is very professional

Location, location, location. This is so true if I am to describe this storage facility in Daly City. The first thing you notice when you arrive at this location is that it is a quiet neighborhood, a secure and gated facility with cameras all over the place. The hallways are clean and lit up with plenty of push carts to use. I have been using this facility for a few years and it is worth the money. John the manager keeps the place in order. Highly recommended.

02-12-2021...I am a long-term storage client. I live in a tiny RV with no garage or extra rooms. My storage unit is an extension of my home. After experiencing two robberies at Public Storage in Colma, and putting up with their appalling lack of security for too many years, I was referred by one of my neighbors to John Garcia at Security Public Storage, 99 Hyde Court, Daly City. I have been there for several years now, and I couldn't be happier. The facility is clean and secure, and that is very important, to be sure! But John Garcia is the #1 reason I continue to enthusiastically recommend SPS. As someone who used to hire and supervise employees myself, I can say, without reservation, that John Garcia would be any employer's dream come true. He genuinely loves his job; he is extremely loyal to his company, and even praises them on his own time. And John's level of superior customer service is unsurpassed. From the first day I met him, I felt welcome and valued as a client. John took the time to explain everything, and even walked me around the property. He later talked me into a second storage unit, when he sensed that I might need one. I don't like to pay online or mail a check.. I like to use each payment as an excuse to drop in and say hello to John, in person. His smile, pleasant personality, and professional competence, make my day and make me a customer for life. Praise also goes out to his assistant, Ines Montenegro. SPS.. You are blessed to have such fine and dedicated people in your employ! Hands down, SPS is the BEST storage facility one could hope to find. It is without hesitation that I am happy to give them 5 Stars!
