Easy access, clean, very organized, and secure facility. Plenty of dollies to move content. I have rented a space for several years and continue to appreciate their space and their welcoming attitude. Great customer service.

Clean and safe storage place

I can't believe I love my storage place! Actually for my daughter's belongings that I had to store when she was sent abroad. I was initially concerned as she has clothing and other items that need to be temperature controlled and kept in a clean environment. The process was seamless and Gabby, the manager, was so accommodating. Every time I go to drop off items it is a pleasure--clean, quiet, trolleys readily available and parking right at the door. Really impressed with the security too, with cameras, alarms and the managers live on site.

This has been my 3rd time using this place for storage. Gabby was able to get me in&out just in few mins. Great customer service and super friendly.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very nice and helpful. I moved from Petaluma and found the facility clean, well kept, and accessible. I got a great introductory deal and I’m happy with my choice! I can recommend Security Public Storage.

I assume that given all the other great reviews, that they are typically top notch. In my case, I contacted them several times by phone and by email and couldn't get through and then I didn't get a reply back. I left a phone message and email message that I needed the unit # to complete the payment. Then I got a late fee because there was no way to pay online without that info. I was told that a senior manager would email me about it, and they didn't. It's not a big deal, but it left me feeling that they may not be as caring for or accommodating with people who happen to be out of the country for whatever reason. Would have been nice to at least get an email with the quick info I needed.

The team is really great.
They respond well with respect over phone calls and in-person as well.
The until was great and have been using a storage for more than 1.5 years but still they keep things clean over here.

I definetly would recommend Security Public Storage in Daly City on Carter Street. It's been a little over a year now since I've had a unit here. They have great access hours, especially during this pandemic. Their facility is immaculately clean & most of all, the staff here is very helpful & friendly. Even when online browsing, they've answered any/all questions i've had. Service is pretty quick & as they say, there's no hidden fees & each unit is protected with an alarm. I thank Trevor & Liz the on-site managers for my accomodations here. They have just been so helpful & make things so easy & comfy. I have no worries about my stuff stored here. They more than reassure me my things are safe. Happy holidays Liz & Trevor! Your amazing helpful service is very much appreciated.
