Tony the owner came to my house to give me a quote. I discussed what needed to be done and said I wanted 2 coats of paint and 1 coat of primer. He sent me a quote. The day he came to the house, he and his wife changed the price and said that it didn't include 2 coats and the price would be $1200 more. He completely wasted my time
