I smelled a foul odor coming from my heater vents in my living room and heater was not on. Suffices to say I called Alert Pest Control & got on the schedule in a timely fashion to have someone come out to get under my house through my crawl space. I want to give a shout out to my technician Jason. He found a dead raccoon that got through a vent that didn’t have a cover on it. I give him so much credit for doing that kind of job. More importantly, he was kind, understanding in the issue and took care of it removing the expired animal without too much fanfare. And they were so reasonable with their pricing! I would recommend Alert Pest Control just on their Promptness & professionalism alone. None of the bigger name Pest Control companies even bothered to call me back! Thank You Jason!

I heard noises in my attic, so I called Alert Pest Control. They came out on the same day that I called them. That was impressive cause I could not sleep another night with all that noise.

So the technician did a through inspection in the interior of my home. he found rat drooping in my attic so he set up rat traps. That night I heard the rats again, but not as much. Alert pest control came out a few days later and removed 3 rats from my attic. They set more traps just to make sure all the rodents were caught.

Then they told me about another service they provide called rodent proofing. They gave me a reasonable quote and sealed up all entry points that the rodents used to enter my home. I have been rodent free for three months.
I would defiantly recommend Alert pest to family and friends.

Rude over the phone - I called to get a fee quote. Initially he was friendly but as I started to ask questions, he became irritated. For example, I asked him what type of traps they used for mice and he said snap trap and glue pads. I asked if we could just use snap traps because I don't want to deal with a live mouse on a glue pad and he was very arrogant to say that I have to let him do his job if not there is no guaranteed. Since I didn't like the way he spoke to me, I politely said thank you for the fee quote and will call back after I consider the quotes he gave. He hanged up on me without saying anything. I think that is rude and not a good way to attract a potential customer.

Great Company. They have a one time visit option. Most companies wanted me to sign up for 1 year. They are a family owned company. The technician are very professional and knowledgeable about insects. I would definatly refer Alert to my friends.

I live in San Francisco and I called Alert and they were able to send someone out the same day. The caught 8 rats in my home. After they caught all the rats they did a rodent prooffed my home. I have not had another rat problem since ALERT took care of my home. The office staff are very plesent to deal with. They were able to work around my schedule. Thank You Alert Pest Control. I would reconmend you to my amily and friends.
