Thank goodness for social media it will change the way we are treated as customers and the way we shop. Management at this restaurant thinks they are doing you a favor by letting you eat there.

Of course by the other reviews, I am not the only one that thinks we should let the owners and managers of this restaurant look for another line of employment.

We live in this area and have always eat at this location until after today. This company evidently does not values it's customers anymore. Order an entree today and added a salad to the meal. After eating most of the salad, we realized that we were running late and needed to get the main entree to go. When we asked to have the meal placed in a to go box the manager came to our table and told us that we could not do this because it was against their policy and would have to charge for a full salad bar if we wanted to take the rest of the food with us. So I asked if she could explain what the difference in eating the one trip salad and getting the plates brought to the table and then having them put in a to go box. She could not answer the question. So we paid for the full salad bar and eat the one salad plate which was definitely not worth $9.00 including drink. My problem is that there could have been a correct way to handle the problem so that there was a win win situation. Now some people will take the time to read this post and choose not to show patronage to this restaurant and others will simply ignore it. This company definitely needs some training when it comes to handling customers. When I told the alleged general manager of the problem and that bad word of mouth travels fast he just grinned as if he cared less.
