worst ever, needle caps on floor, rude doctors, long wait times,

Took me three hours and although they were busy it seemed there was a lot of nonsense talk outside the doors of the treatment rooms ; after waiting 1 1/2 hour in waiting room... It took 1 1/2 hours in the treatment room for them to give me a shot and test for the flu. Went to pick up prescription and it was never called in. They don't answer their phone or return voice mails. Had to go back to the office the next day to get prescription sent again ( tried a different pharmacy) and they only called in one of the medicines. Had to go back to their office because noone answers the phone there ( tried to call them multiple times). Once got there they had closed their office for staff training for an hour (at lunch time) ; If they are gonna close for lunch that's all good but post it in your office hours that you will do that instead of saying it's for something else... Maybe it is for training and they will get better but I somehow doubt it since they blamed the prescription not getting there on the pharmacy instead of their call in system. They also had several calls about the same problem with prescriptions while I was in the waiting room so I am guessing this is a problem for them.
