Roach infested, Water damage, lead paint budget homes. Maintenance is non existent and the people they hire work when they feel like it. Management doesn't seem to care one ounce.

5th Ave is middle class the area is clean and safe come come check it out for yourself. walking distance to stores

Middle class comunity,safe and cean,apts are old but well maintained, they have 2 biggest pools and club house,near to all resturants and malls.great location.
