This dealer deserves a one star rating or less for all the customers they screwed when we bought a new vehicle with good faith and promised tires for life. After spending thousands of dollars at this dealer for cars and service I was told they no longer honor their writen promise of tires for life. I have not been back and will tell everyone not to every buy from this dealer.

My mom went to dealer to get her car repaired. I did not have time to repair it for her because I am a over the road truck driver. I know the cluster that controls the dash gauges was bad and it needed a tune up, I sent her to Edd Kirby chevy in dalton because the chevy dealer in our home town shut down. Mom went to Edd Kirby to get repairs made... They told her the engine was bad and she needed a new engine. They wanted to replace her engine with 70 thousand miles on it for a used engine and charge her 1800 dollars for the used engine... with the cost of installing the engine and engine cost 2600 bucks... She called me and I sent her to A shop in Chatsworth Georgia where she got the cluster replaced and a tune up that cost 280 dollars and now her car runs like new again... I warn customers because EDD KIRBY shop is a joke.. They invent stuff thats not really wrong with a car to gewt customers buy a new one and make expensive repairs that do not have to be made... TIRES and OIL for life for free on a new car purchase from them means you will be ripped off as long as you keep commong back....... CUSTOMERS BEWARE
