This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. Please read the other reviews. and do not buy anything from these people!!! I placed an order for $2250 for an office desk and cabinet on 8/5 and still do not have functioning furniture. Their Customer Service is beyond awful. My original order arrived at the very last possible day and was severely damaged. I work from home and need a desk. I immediately called the company and requested them to expedite a replacement. Instead of doing the right thing for their customer, they dragged their feet for over a week and repeatedly tried to talk me into accepting a makeshift repair. I am currently working off of a card table and still have no idea if and when my furniture will ever be delivered. Please stay away!!!!!!

Placed an online order for sectional sofa on May 15, 2016. Delivery was promised by mid- June. The company sent an email saying delivery will be delayed to late June. In late June I received a call from a representative name Deloris who unapologetic told me delivery will furthered be delayed to mid - end of July. I expressed my frustration and she was completely unsympathetic. I called Zuri customer service a couple of days after receiving the annoying call. A manager by the name of Nicole Scamp was equally unapologetic and rude. I questioned her background in retail after she suggested we resolve my frustration by canceling the order. I explained to her that I do not want my order canceled because I want the couch ( and come one I have been waiting for two months! I should have canceled two months ago and just ordered another one). Nicole Scamp acted as if my frustration was unwarranted. After giving her suggestions on how to improve customer service , she got an attitude.

I was looking for upscale couch for my formal living space. When I bought the product it appeared to be with elegance look and feel. Sales guys were very good and sold the couch. Couch lost it's firmness and lather texture worn out in 1.5 year of standard use. I was surprised. I called for support, I had to call many times to get to the product support rep. I was told that it has only one year of warranty, and my extended protection plan would not cover since it is normal wear and tear. Please take a note here that product normal longevity is only 1.5 years. I want to let all buyers know that product durability is very low. I have had leather couches in the past of less than 1/2 the price and lasted for 6-7 years without any issue. I am shocked that 3.7k stuff (3 piece) life only 1.5 years?



Bottom line - I will not recommend anyone buying the product.

1. Very low quality

2. They will treat you like a stranger after 1 year



Pros - Looks very good

Cons - Be ready to change or repair in 1.5 years.



Zuri Folks - You can fool me only once
