I didnt find them high pressure at all. Happy with the results and their claim is accurate, stains dont reappear as readily as when I rented a machine. Something to that ph system.

I had them recommended by client but when calling I wa on hold 30 min before I gave up. No customer service at start makes you wonder

I was told we were going to be the first customers of the day, and they would arrive at 8:30. Come a certain time I called because over an hour has passed for the due time. We were lied to 4 times stating that they were around the corner. The gentleman did not show up until 11:15am. I do understand being late and that is not the issue. I do not appreciate being lied to for as many times as this company did. Will NEVER use again and highly recommend to stay clear.

Did not honor the time they said they'd be there. My wife clearly told them "I'm a night nurse and will be sleeping - can you come in afternoon." They showed up bright and early at 10am. We were listing our house (also told to them) and we did not have time to arrange another cleaner to come or I'd have refused. The cleaning was just ok - some minor stains were not removed - these are stains I have since easily taken care of with simple spot treatment. I'm not impressed.

Zerorez called me to solicit business to clean carpeting in my home. I told them I could that I wanted a first morning apt. It is now almost 11 a.m. and I called and was told that first morning appointments are between 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. I don't consider that a first morning appointment when I called at 10:50a.m. First morning is not afternoon. All of my previous first morning appointments are before 10:30 a.m. Obviously to me, Zerorez do not respect that their customers cannot block a whole morning and then told between 11:30 and 1:30p.m. to do the job. I see that their reviews are not as high as many others, so I'll check other rug cleaning companies who do respect customers schedules.
