Gave them notice that we were interested in a new car, driving 7 hours 1 way to come see it. The car was not as advertised & the check engine light came on in the lot. We found a small scratch that we asked them to fix. The Gen Sales Mgr, Dennis, told us that "maybe we should buy elsewhere" because he "didn't think they would be able to bring it up to our standards." We were handed a paper plate for the test drive. We were given an insulting low-ball trade offer. Bill Martin, the New Sales Mgr, replied again "go buy elsewhere." Our sales lady, Barbara, went to her co-workers & started talking badly about my fiance & I within earshot. My fiance said he was going to write a 1 * review about the dealership. They asked us to leave. Bill called my fiance an "arrogant idiot" & followed us out the door, threatened my fiance to try to get him to fight, & threatened him with arrest. We are awaiting a response from M/Chevrolet corporate, we have both filed formal complaints.

My parents get all there cars from young Chevrolet and they recommended me to just go check it out talk to someone and see what we could do so I did and they were really friendly very nice and helpful I will definitely get my next car from there

Barbara Choate did everything I asked her and never pushed once anything I didn't. This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. She had everything ready I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Overall experience wonderful! All the sales personal in the pre-owned department were all kind and very helpful. If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle go see Scott. Scott listens to what you want and need and finds the perfect fit for you. I will not buy another vehicle from anywhere but Young Chevrolet.

I came in for an oil change and was helped right away. The people here are a lot more friendly than at Friendly Cheverolet where I bought my car. I'm interested in the Trax Suv and they lady was very helpful because I wanted to test drive it before I went any further on looking into the far. I always have such great service whenever I Come here.

We were only looking at trucks-we had been talking about buying for the last 3 months-When we got to the showroom, we were met by a salesman and had a nice visit-when he found out that we has previously brought a vehicle from there, he went and found the sales lady that had helped us before-as usual she was very helpful-found out we were looking for new Silverado pickup, took us out on the lot and helped us pick out what were thinking about-help with the questions about finance-followed us all the way through the buying process-then sit with us and oriented us to the truck(all those whistles and bells)-even though we were there all day, it was a good day because everyone was so helpful-I appreciated how we were treated-very professional staff-when it is time to buy another vehicle-guess where I am coming!! I carefully worked on saving enough for a good down payment, kept shopping online for information on the quality, researched my trade in value and read up on the new GM (when they were in bankruptcy they were not pleasant to deal with but have improved greatly since). I am very pleased with my purchase and definitely had a good experience during the actual purchase. No hassles,no pushy people and all around good service from Barbara Choate. I do hope my relationship with Young Chevrolet will be pleasant for the life time that i own my shiny black Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback. Awesome car and good dealership!
