I ordered my jennifer meyer necklace and at first ylang23 was very helpful. However I had a problem with the courier they used. For 2 weeks since shipping, the necklace was still not delivered to me. So i asked ylang23 for help and they asked me to contact customs (instead of the courier) when I already prepaid the tax. Usually it only takes 1 day to clear customs in Singapore. Now it is 2 weeks. So I had to contact ylang23, borderfree, aramex (courier) and customs everyday. Until finally with no help from ylang23 it turns out that aramex did not file the permit needed to clear the necklace. When I informed ylang23 of this this is their response in all caps. They sound very frustrated AT ME! By the way the necklace is still not delivered to me.
