Founded in 1942, Wycliffe Bible Translators is a nonprofit organization and is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. It specializes in the translation and interpretation of scriptures. The organization provides consultancy, anthropology, language survey, ethnomusicology, linguistic computing and community development services. Wycliffe Bible Translators also offers children's education, transportation, telecommunications, government relations and various medical services. It additionally maintains several prayer teams, including Intercessor, Pray Today, Bibleless Peoples Prayer Project and The Finish Line. The organization operates throughout the United States, Asia, Europe and Pacific. Wycliffe Bible Translators is a part of the International Association of Organizations.
