2 weeks back I got a king size bed. While being such a big store, the store has terrible customer service and very bad tracking. I was promised that I will get a fresh peace of king size bed set after the auction. I took half day off at work and went 5 days later to pick my stuff with movers who were going to help me pickup and assemble my bed set.

1. I was told my dresser is still not ready I will get that another week later.

2. It wasn't a fresh peace.

3. I took as it was with me to home, They didn't give any screws and several peaces were missing.

4. I had to drive back and get all the screws and parts from them, My movers didn't wait since the store is far from the store.

5. And He is the most horrible thing the bed which was suppose to be king was actually a queen bed.



They didn't even offer a thing to repay for all the trouble caused to me. Very upset and I do not understand this behavior and the respect for time is completely lost.
