I've been a long time patient and laser hair removal client. About 4 years ago, I stopped visiting the office due to poor service and unprofessionalism I'd experienced in dealing with the office staff. My sister is also a patient and told me last year that the whole office staff had been revamped and the office was much more pleasant. Well I am pleased to say, that she was RIGHT! The office staff, especially Daphne who's been there since I can remember, is absolutely amazing and I didn't wait for hours to be seen. Although I now reside in Florida, the new and improved Blackburn Woolfork practice will be the only place I go for my Dermatology needs.
