**BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY AGREEMENT**

We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system & 6 yrs ago & they did a good job. We even used them annually as our maintenance & check-up w/ no issues...but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up.

Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once & got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees & Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call & get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr "Gold Warranty" that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms and conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called & was rude to me when I called. They basically told me sorry we left you high and dry w/ 2 small kids in a house w/ no AC in the summer time. BBB Cased has been filed!

Commercial companies CAN have ethics! I am very pleased with my experience with Wilson. The job was done quickly and at a reasonable fee. Chris and Hayley in particular really add to the great experience.

I called to make an appointment and the service person was on time. Upon arrival I described the issue and he wrote up a quote for over $400. I signed the estimate thinking it would take him several hours to fix the issue. After 30 minutes he left, went to Home Depot to buy $30 worth of PVC and then spent 45 minutes making the repair. In other words MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT THE BILLING RATE IS FOR YOUR JOB. I got taken to the cleaners and will not recommend these guys to anyone.

The installers worked non stop until 10:30 pm. This was a 107 degree day, my 94 yr. old Mom was home, the old evaporator coils were making a lake near my wood floors

Service call to check why heat would not fire up on our system that was installed in June at 5714 Anita St. Service man, Luke, found wiring not connected correctly on thermostat. Changed, corrected and totally explained operation of system. Most efficient service yet.From a customer.

Haley was wonderful and the entire reason I chose Wilson. She was knowledgable and honest and entirely too happy to be at work on a Sunday night. The installation was fantastic. The detail and time that was put into the install was nothing short of craftsmanship. I've already recommended Wilson to everyone I can. From a client in Dallas, TX.

Called them up around 8AM to get a water pipe which broke in my front lawn (At this point I have no access to water in my home), they quotes me as saying they'll be here between 10AM and 5 PM, so I took the day off work to wait. By 6PM no one stopped by, so I called up the technician and apparently there was a water heater leak in someones house and that took priority over my problem. So I rescheduled for the very next day and he quoted me at 8AM-9AM. Well it's 11AM right now so I called up the company, apparently their boss's house sprung a leak and (as I quote), "That's using up all of our manpower". Absolutely horrifying experience and 36 hours without water.
