They have a huge turn around when it comes to the dentist! I have been going there for about 2 years and they are on their 4 dentist! The original office ladies and dental hygienist were great. Although, when I ordered a night guard I never received a call that it was ready to get picked up till a month later. It turns out that they no longer had the same office lady or dental hygienist. So when I came in there were 5 ladies I saw at the office as I sat there for 15 minutes, no body acknowledged me or said "Hi". Some of them were grouped together talking. Then when I was finally called up, the girl started my appointment with telling me I have a balance of $58 or so. I was surprised considering I had no notice and that all I had done was a cleaning a month or two prior. I asked her to break down what caused the balance. The young lady didn't know how to answer that so she called a lady in the other office who was gossiping in the open office beside us. She went down a list, $3 here $5 there, small amounts that was apparently not covered with my insurance. It baffled me, leaving me wondering what kind of extra things they billed my insurance because my regular cleanings are supposed to be completely covered. I then mentioned that fact that picking up my night guard was supposed to be a 10 minute appointment so I didn't bring anything with me to pay, as far as my knowledge I paid for my night guard upfront and I had no balance, She explained to me that I needed to pay that balance before they could give me my night guard. It sounded to me like she wanted to keep it hostage until I paid the balance. I considered not getting the night guard, but she said that since it was already made, she had to charge me anyway even though they haven't given it to me. I am so unhappy with this office. To be honest this is not the only issue Ive ever had with this office. My husband wont even go back because of his bad experience with the dentist and mine as well where the dentist kept drilling my teeth for pain from a filling 4 different times, drilling also my natural teeth that never had fills.

White Rock Dental has to be the best Dental office I have ever been to. ALL of the staff was very attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. Both of the doctors were extremly nice and I will continue to refer anyone and everyone to this office.
