these dude use to suck but its like now the are FREAKIN PROS if you want your stuff done RIGHT GO HERE ,, they had this really cool calm lil dude witha mohawk doing sales ,not trrin to screw you just being professionall and patient ,,I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER ISSUES OF THEFT BUT THE MANAGER IS NICE AND THEY DO GOOD WORK

UPDATE: I worked with the general manager of this car wash to come to a solution that appeased both parties involved. The theft did occur and was acknowledged by the business and I have since been reimbursed for the amount of my iPod. I was told that internal measures were taken to ensure this does not occur in the future and the person involved was let go from their position. I do not personally want to return to this place of business for future car washes but was satisfied with the outcome presented to me.



ORIGINAL POST: I just got my car detailed at this establishment and what do I find missing once I leave the premises? My video IPod which was connected to a cable INSIDE my glove box. Whoever took this was going through my belongings in order to find it. I went back to speak to the manager who was not helpful whatso ever. I called the police to report a theft from my vehicle but I doubt anythign is going to happen. The manager was not interested in listening to me because I was upset and yelled out loud several times. I know who took it and pointed this out to the manager who talked to her/him and guess what? OF COURSE THEY DENIED IT! Word of advice, do not go to this establishment. I am telling all my friends and family to do the same.

Do not go here!! We had 2 checks stolen from our car!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I REQUESTED THE $13 WASH, BUT THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $22. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT IT, THEY BLAMED IT ON ME. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! BEWARE
